In the district of Kalzhofen, just a 10-minute walk from the center of Oberstaufen, you will find the **** holiday apartment with a large sun terrace on the mezzanine floor, where dogs are also welcome. From the house entrance it is only a few steps up to the “Sun”. The open cloakroom area is right at the entrance. I can park my car on the parking lot or in the underground car park; there is an elevator in the house.

On the right is the large, light-flooded, rustic-modern living-dining room with the open kitchen. The cozy sofa and the flat screen TV with stereo system invite you to cozy “lazy evenings”. A large wooden table with 4 chairs offers enough space for eating together. Here there are two French doors onto the sun terrace with a small attached garden. The view of the cow meadows is simply beautiful. A bright, open kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer combination. A kettle, Senseo pad machine and toaster are also available.

To the left of the entrance area is the light-flooded bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and small TV, which can be darkened with roller blinds for a good night’s sleep. Next to it the bathroom with glass shower and toilet. I find the small, separate storage room next to it particularly practical.

Conclusion: The apartment in the “Allgäu style” is bright, friendly and well furnished. The 2 sun terraces with garden are of course the highlight. It can accommodate 2 people plus a maximum of 1 child (sofa bed) and a four-legged friend. We wish you a nice holiday.
