Charming Andalusian country house, with large garden & private pool. Ideally situated to combine some relax, visit cities like Sevilla (1h) and Cordoba (1.5h) and enjoy the Spanish life. Distance to the village is convenient for shopping, going out for a tapa or just getting groceries.

The house has been decorated with care. It has a living room with a fireplace with beautiful views at the garden and the pool. The large kitchen is designed to make cooking a social event. You can of course also cook outside using the barbecue or the paella set.

There is a double bedroom downstairs and a bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms. A bathroom with toilet, shower and bath tub.

In the additional building there are four additional double bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom.

Garden

The garden is 9,000 m2 large, with a lovely green lawn that refreshes in summer. There are different types of fruit trees and flowers almost all year round. The remainder of the finca has a surface of more than 5 hectares and consists of mainly chestnut trees and almond trees.

Situated in the Natural Park Sierra Norte, but at the same time within walking distance from the village (400m), you get the best of both worlds. Peace and quiet of nature without depending on a car for everything. The large garden with lots of green makes it unique compared to other houses in the area.
