– A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, induction plates, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee brewing machine, Nespresso coffee machine)
– A bedroom with a couple of twin size beds (90x200cm) and a
– A bathroom with a bathtub, shower hose, sink, toilet and washing machine) and a small cupboard
– A storage space at the entrance of the flat
– TV and high speed internet (WiFi).
– Bed sheets and towels are provided.

-There is a rental agreement with every booking, specifying the date of arrival and departure, with the exact address, location in the building, and the security deposit that will be paid back to you within 24 hours following your departure.
-I need an email address / telephone number, to forward you the information about your stay, be sure to let me know of it.
-If you would like to use an escrow service, and since I am only taking XMR (Monero) for this particular listing, we can possibly trade with https://haveno.exchange/
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
-Full refund up to 14 days before scheduled arrival, 50% refund up to 7 days before scheduled arrival.
-The information on the retrieval of the keys and how to access the flat are given after the full payment has been made.
-I can arrange for a concierge service (pick up from the airport, private chauffeur, specific requests).
-No wild parties (this might be considered a breach of contract and subjected to cancellation).
-A booklet is sent to all guests prior to their arrival, you are welcome to ask me for information, I am here to help and ensure you have a great time over.
* In case of disputes, this policy is valid and binding from the time the reservation was placed, unless the parties involved voluntarily agree to disregard any or all parts of the policy. Refunds must be paid relative to the cryptocurrency amount deposited by the guest/customer and will not be referenced to current fiat values.
